- End-to-End Project Management
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and implementation plans.
- Play a key role in the development of high-performance teams, providing direction, motivation, and purpose.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle to support
- Ensure seamless management of project scope, timelines, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop databases and tools to track project performance and monitor milestone achievements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
- Develop strong relationships with third-party vendors to maximise project efficiency and delivery.
- Cross-Functional Coordination and Team Development
- Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and SMEs to develop project scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
- Liaise with managers and clients to coordinate internal and external resources to optimise efficiency, productivity, and project deliverables.
- Manage project outcomes and risks, escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure projects meet goals on time and within budget, making adjustments when needed for optimal results.
- Share learnings across teams.
- Program Strategy and Portfolio Oversight
- Develop and implement strategies for projects and programs that align with company objectives.
- Oversee cross-project initiatives to ensure optimal ROI.
- Develop project assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction, quality, and performance across all projects.
- Oversee project portfolios, aligning initiatives with business goals, and ensuring resources are optimally utilised.
- Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and provide strategic solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Certification as agile coach or scrum master. (beneficial)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification. (beneficial)
- Proven experience in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Track record of leading agile transformations and fostering continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience in proposal writing.
- Experience with utilising software platforms such as Hubspot (CRM) and Jira.
