Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics or a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a team leadership role.
Inbound experience is essential.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
