Our client is on the lookout for dynamic leaders with a passion for production to join their plastic manufacturing company located in Johannesburg. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, guide a skilled team, and drive efficiency and quality throughout our manufacturing processes.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate.
Completed Millwright or Fitter or Fitter and Turner Trade Test.
3-5 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
