Hire Resolve's client is seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Project Manager to join a leading firm located in Centurion, Gauteng. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of complex engineering projects, with a primary focus on fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, create detailed work plans, allocate resources, and develop schedules in collaboration with senior management.
• Recruit and orient project personnel, manage resources, and contract consultants as needed.
• Execute the project plan, monitor progress, and maintain communication with stakeholders on updates.
• Compile reports, monitor budgets and cash flow, and ensure financial compliance and record-keeping.
• Assess deliverables against objectives for timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Critical thinking, active learning, strong business knowledge, complex problem-solving, excellent communication, flexibility, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

• Relevant degree/diploma in Electrical/Engineering/Technical/Construction or equivalent.
• Project Management Qualification (PMP, MBA, or similar).
• 15+ years of experience in the related field; 8+ years in Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years in Engineering, Production, Construction, or related environments.
• Proficient in Project Management tools (MS-Projects, Primavera P6, SAP).
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster teamwork and innovation.
