Our client is seeking a dedicated Lodge Anchor to enhance the guest experience at their prestigious 5-star game lodge. This role is pivotal in ensuring that operations run smoothly while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and addressing their needs throughout their stay.
• Oversee and coordinate housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in all guest areas.
• Facilitate guest activities and experiences, including dining arrangements and safari bookings, while ensuring a seamless experience.
• Build strong relationships with guests to enhance their stay and encourage repeat visits.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally, working with staff to implement solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in service and adherence to lodge protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a lodge or hotel environment, ideally with a strong background in housekeeping.
