Purpose of the Role
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for providing exceptional support and oversight in fund administration services. This dynamic role requires a passion for client service and delivery. The individual will leverage their knowledge and experience in retail client relationship management and fund administration processes to enhance the overall client experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Maintain and cultivate relationships with local and offshore advisors.
- Client Support: Efficiently respond to external queries and assist the client service team with investigations and resolutions.
- Service Monitoring: Oversee the delivery of outsourced services to ensure that service levels and SLAs are consistently met.
- Complaint Handling: Act as the main point of contact for escalated issues and complaints.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate the client onboarding experience.
- Investment Process Management: Monitor and validate the complete process of investments and disinvestments.
- Reporting Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute customized reports, working closely with data analysts and developers to enhance reporting quality.
- Internal Collaboration: Foster good internal relationships across departments to ensure quality support and service delivery.
- System Management: Support the maintenance of client information in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to reduce risks and increase operational efficiencies.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 3 years in a related client relationship management or reporting role within Asset Management or financial services.
- Experience in Financial Services sectors, such as LISP, Collective Investment Schemes, and ETFs, is an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Financial Services industry, specifically in Asset Management.
- Familiarity with investment administration systems and regulatory legislation is essential.

- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom in Accounting, Finance, or Investments).
- Proficient in Excel.
