A leading Retail organisation has a vacancy for a Cosmetic/Beauty Manager within a corporate store in Johannesburg. The successful Candidate must have worked within a Flagship Store and driven sales and met targets. 

Responsible for stock management disciplines, stock loss and shrinkge at Store level.

Manage sales activities on a day to day basis.

Manage the commission process in the Store (give input for budgets, communicate targets and monitor performance againts budgets and targets.

Maximise promotional sales through effective planning and implementation.

Build and maintain relationships with Area Representatives from Brand Houses.

Provide input into Store operating plans.

House keeping.

Staff managment.

Recruit, develop, train and lead the team of Beauty Sales Consultants.

Performance managment.

Disciplinary procedures.
