Job Purpose

In this role you will create assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and engaging design. Your role will require a creative mindset, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as banners, infographics, brochures, and newsletters.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements.
• Stay updated with design trends to maintain fresh and innovative content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage content calendars.
• Assist in analyzing campaign performance and make data-driven design adjustments.
• Work with the Sales team to develop visual materials for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new creative campaigns and initiatives.

Minimum Education (Essential)

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Canva

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
