Employer: MCH INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT (PTY) LTD
- Market Development: Increase market share in assigned regions by identifying key accounts and expanding business with these customers.
- Tender Management: Prepare and submit tender documents and quotations for customer or project proposals.
- Sales Objectives: Meet specific, predetermined sales objectives on a monthly basis.
- Technical Support: Provide overall technical support for the complete range of products offered.
- Market Innovation: Develop alternative markets through modifications and improvements of both existing and new products.
- Distributor Oversight: Monitor and control distributor regions as outlined in distributor agreements.
- Business Tools Utilization: Utilize EAFM business tools such as Catalyst and CRM to enhance market coverage.
- Travel Planning: Plan and execute travel into Africa where applicable.
- Best Practices Development: Collaborate with the distributor network to ensure consistency and best practices across all areas of business.
The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing key accounts in specified regions, working in conjunction with our established distributor network. This role may involve travel to various African countries and requires an experienced technical sales professional dedicated to growing market share.

Qualifications & Job Requirements
Education:
Grade 12
Technical qualification (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) highly advantageous
Experience:
Proven technical sales track record with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role with at least 3 years in key account management.
Experience in the mining industry and hydraulic / engine knowledge would be beneficial.
Must be willing to travel and spend time away from home as required.
Skills:
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer focus
