JOB PURPOSE
Perform refurbishments, repairs, maintenance of copiers - MFP - Printers: colour and mono) in the Gauteng region. Also to train learners and juniors how to refurbish & repair MFP printers
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Required to work with learnners and trainee technions
Provide learners woth hands-on training.
Provide excellent support and service for management and learners alike.
Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
Managine refurb process - stock of equipment, parts, and materials.
Perform repairs, maintenance and installation of peripheral equipment.
Accurately provide the information required on completion of any task.
Identify issues & potential repair probelems on refurb machines and make suggestions on the best way to repair.
Teach the learners the refurb processes by assisting, demonstrating and directing the necessary work
Manage, in conjunction with the supervisor, the refurb processes from start to end
