Our client, a leading company in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire production process to ensure compliance with specifications and critical manufacturing practices (CMPs).

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the FMCG sector.
Relevant degree or diploma in Production Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
