Candidate Requirements

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, managing maintenance schedules, allocating resources effectively, and providing leadership to artisans. A minimum qualification of an N4, coupled with a trade test, is required, with an N6 and supervisory certification being highly advantageous. The role demands at least 5 years of maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, with good all-round mechanical and electrical knowledge. Experience in a food factory is preferred.
