Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Structural Draughtsman to join our client's team in Johannesburg. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on various structural projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Create detailed structural drawings and plans based on project specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design requirements effectively.
Utilize AutoCAD or Revit software to produce accurate and high-quality designs.
Conduct site visits when necessary to gather measurements and assess project conditions.
Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Assist in the production of shop drawings and other documentation as required.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of structural design principles and local building codes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet project timelines.
