Required Skills
- Hr Management: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the wholesale, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR software systems and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
