External Communications Management
Manage all external communication activities with stakeholders

Responsible for internal campaigns and amplification through internal channels
Brand Management
Support the Lesedi brand positioning and communication strategy
Ensure brand identity compliance across marketing communications
Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support business objectives
Manage marketing campaign assets and approvals
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies

Candidate Requirements
EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years' experience in brand, PR, internal and external communications
Proven experience in the energy, power generation, oil/gas, mining, media, marketing, or industrial industries
Rebranding experience is essential
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS COMPETENCIES
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong writing and communication skills
Proficient in budget management
Ability to prioritize and manage diverse marketing and communications topics
High learning agility and self-starter mentality
In-depth understanding of brand, PR, and communication strategies
Knowledge of digital and traditional communication channels
Familiarity with marketing campaign planning and execution
