They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager who can not only oversee projects but also actively engage in scoping and integrating them to ensure they meet client expectations for cost and quality. This role demands a strong understanding of the built environment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

·        A minimum 5 years' construction project management experience in consulting (i.e. at a project management or engineering or similar consulting firm) in the built environment.

·        A good understanding of the full project lifecycle and project management principles.

·        PMP and/or Pr.CPM is an advantage.
