Hire Resolve's client is seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and extensive experience with Java frameworks. You will work collaboratively with agile teams to deliver exceptional software solutions while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Architecting, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications
Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
Conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality
Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements
Optimizing application performance and ensuring security compliance
Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance
Staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Java development
Strong proficiency with Java EE and related technologies
Experience with Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
Knowledge of database design and SQL
Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
