We are a specialist recruitment agency known for delivering tailored talent solutions for clients across various sectors. As part of our expanding portfolio, we are looking for an agile and results-driven Project-Based Recruitment Consultant to manage short-term recruitment projects for key clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for defined projects with specific deadlines and deliverables.
• Partner with clients to fully understand project requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for multiple roles within tight timelines.
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, and databases to attract the right talent.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure timely delivery of recruitment outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally across multiple industries or disciplines. Finance preferable. 
• Ability to manage several roles simultaneously within a project-based environment.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Comfortable working within tight deadlines and managing changing priorities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
