Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in boosting in-person retail sales at our showroom and driving traffic to our eCommerce platform through effective social media marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on retail sales experience, along with a solid understanding of the major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). They will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing posts, creating campaigns, and building brand awareness both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales:
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive in-store sales at our Kramerville showroom.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range (including ergonomic furniture and appliances) to educate and upsell customers.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is always visually appealing.
- Monitor customer feedback and adapt selling strategies accordingly.
Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic.
- Manage day-to-day content creation and posting schedules across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns to promote new product launches, showroom visits, and eCommerce sales.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Identify and leverage social media trends to enhance engagement and reach.
- Brand Growth & Community Engagement:
- Foster a community around our brand by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and handling inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create promotional campaigns for sales events, product launches, and showroom visits.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to further expand the brand's reach.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates on social media platforms.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales and social media performance.

- Sales: 2 to 3 years
- Social Media: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Key Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in retail sales or in-person customer service.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
- Ability to create compelling visual and written content.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting metrics (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce or a showroom sales environment.
- Familiarity with content design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and ad strategies is a plus.
