We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Management Team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Aid in the recruitment process, including candidate screening and compliance with Employment Equity policies.
- HR Documentation: Create and distribute offer letters and contracts, supporting job profile development for the company.
- Employee Support: Address HR inquiries from employees and management, facilitating communication with the Head Office HR Department.
- Data Management: Organize HR data and maintain accurate training attendance logs, generating necessary reports.
- Training Coordination: Load training records into the HR Focus system and assist with training skills reporting.
- Continuous Collaboration: Work with the designated team to supply relevant employee data throughout the 12-month employment journey, ensuring accessible information for ongoing reporting requirements.
- General HR Operations: Organize HR functions and training sessions, fostering strong relationships within the organization.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing, including employee pay and leave entitlements.
- Labour Relations: Coordinate labour dispute processes, ensuring legal compliance and providing management with feedback.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide current status of job seekers, updated expectations for future outcomes, and any issues requiring support
- Continuous Project Reporting: Deliver an overview of project objectives, deliverables, scope evaluations, project timelines, budget performance, major successes and challenges, insights for future projects, and confirmation of project documentation completion

Microsoft Advanced Excel Skills
Driver’s License
