Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of forecasting techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, time series analysis).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
