Our client in Montague Gardens is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Matric qualification and have essential experience with Syspro and Microsoft Office, along with at least three years of current work experience in inventory management. Strong knowledge of inventory controls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial. REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Syspro experience essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3 years current work experience
Knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Great attention to detail

DUTIES:

Placing purchase orders with suppliers & follow through
GRN’s when stock arrives
Follow-up with discrepancies
Production job cards
Communicate with production department
Loading bill of materials
Stock Write offs
Stock Adjustments / Stock Transfers
Opening of stock codes
Cost changes
Processing returns
Processing reworks in production
Processing decanting
Invoicing

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
