Candidate Requirements

As the Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing creative sales strategies to increase revenue. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, analysing market trends, and adjusting plans to sustain growth. You’ll also handle demand forecasting to maintain stock levels, manage logistics, and negotiate orders with retailers to maximise product visibility and shelf space.

Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with key account buyers, along with your background in sales and account management, will be crucial in driving business success. You’ll lead both in-house teams and outsourced partners, inspiring them to meet ambitious sales goals and heighten product awareness. Additionally, you’ll spearhead initiatives aimed at improving profitability and streamlining operations for greater efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the FMCG sector, with proficiency in stock management systems and demand forecasting tools. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, are essential. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities are a must, with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and key account management.
