We are looking for an experienced, professional Statutory Administrator with excellent communication skills who is fluent in English and has a good knowledge and understanding of Afrikaans.
The ideal candidate is neat, organised and disciplined. Must be able to work independently and under pressure with good time management and task prioritizing skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Statutory duties:
- Name Reservations, Name Changes and Defensive Name Registrations at CIPC
- Company Registrations
- Conversions from CC to Company
- Registration of NPC Companies
- Close Corporation Amendments
- Share Transfers
- Conversion of Shares
- Director Amendments
- Registered Address Changes
- Auditor Amendments
- Acquisition of Shares
- Allotment of Shares
- Compilations and Maintenance of Company Registers and Statutory Files
- Preparation of Company Resolutions
- Amendments to Memorandum of Incorporation
- Submission of CIPC Beneficial Ownership and Annual Returns
- Submission of Financial Accountability Supplement and XBRL Annual Financial Statements to CIPC
- Deregistration of Close Corporations, Companies and Trusts
- Restorations of Close Corporations, Companies and Trusts
- Customer Service: Consult with Clients as needed, all general statutory inquiries
- Status Reports
- Maintain all Statutory changes on Database
- Administration of Trusts, Maintenance of Trust Files
- Wills Administration
- Title Deed search by means of Windeed
- FICA Customer Due Diligence
Administrative duties:
- Invoicing for Statutory Services rendered after completion of assignment
- Database management and maintenance
- CIPC Annual Return and Ordinary Credit Reconciliation monthly
- Monthly Windeed reconciliation
- Completion of Quality Control Manual Forms and distribution to Directors for finalization
- Typing as requested

Candidate Requirements
Required Skills and Qualification
- Matric
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years applicable work experience (recently obtained)
- Experience with CIPC
- Fluent in English and good knowledge and understanding of Afrikaans.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent communication skills.
- Neat, organised and disciplined.
- Valid driver's license.
