Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to client management.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients in the financial sector, understanding their hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview top-tier finance candidates (e.g., CFOs, analysts, accountants, and financial controllers).
• Use market intelligence to advise clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies.
• Negotiate job offers between clients and candidates to ensure a successful placement.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive business development and account management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in finance or professional services.
• A deep understanding of financial markets and the roles within them.
• Strong business acumen with a knack for spotting opportunities and closing deals.
•  Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Be a hunter. Generate new business.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident working with high-level clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a passion for success.
• Sporting achievements preferable
• Have own car

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
