We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Finance Recruitment Researcher to join our team and play a critical role in identifying the best candidates in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to source high-quality candidates across various finance roles (e.g., accountants, analysts, CFOs).
• Use job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and social media to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach through calls and emails.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand role requirements and present suitable candidates.
• Provide market insights and talent mapping to support the recruitment strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment or research, ideally within the finance sector.
• Strong knowledge or interest in finance and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications:
 
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related  field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
Sound admin ability, multitasking and high attention to detail.
