Employer: Liberty Standard Bank Group 2

The Liberty Group Agency in Randburg is currently sourcing Financial Advisers with the passion and drive to excel in the Financial Services Industry.

Accountabilities:

Prospect for new clients on a daily basis
Conduct a detailed financial needs analysis and provide professional financial advice
Create and protect the financial security and wealth of others
Achieve sales targets as set out by Liberty
Build long-term relationships with clients

Required Skills

Sales: 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 – a Business/Financial planning degree will be preferred
SA citizen (no work permits )
Clear credit record, with no criminal record
Valid driver’s licence
Own reliable transport
Own laptop

Further to meeting all the minimum requirements, the following criteria would be essential:

Entrepreneurial mind-set ( must be able to work independently )
Exceptional Interpersonal skills
An established network of clients and ability to prospect for new business
Sales ability
Tenacity
Effective planning, organising and time management skills
Computer literacy
