Exceed Customer Expectations: Utilize advanced customer selling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and exceed customer expectations.

Stock Loss Control: Adhere to stock loss controls in-store to minimize shrinkage and maximize profitability.

Drive Sales: Identify and seize opportunities to boost turnover, enhancing overall sales performance.

Maintain Housekeeping: Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized store environment to optimize sales.

Create an Inspiring Environment: Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for both customers and staff.

Store Management: Assist in managing all aspects of the store, including daily operations and staff coordination.

Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively balance and prioritize tasks.

Delegate Tasks: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Skills

Retail: 4 to 5 years
Manager: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in a retail environment.

Grade 12 certificate.

Clear criminal record.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Familiarity with current clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle products.

Must reside in/around the area.
