The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of what it takes to manage customers and their requirements, focusing on regularly following up and maintaining the relationship.

We deal with diverse technologies and the role will require some experience in the IT/IOT and or electrical industries to help put solutions together.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products, repairs, installs, replaces, and services various types of equipment and systems. Each day, the technician spends time tackling different tasks, depending on the issue, such as analysing problems, running tests, and repairing equipment

Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients.

Liaise and engage in problem solving activities

Understand customer needs and requirements

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction

Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers and business partners of the company Use online Portal to book in repairs and update status of repairs

Complete firmware updates for required systems when necessary.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Document and record all customer interactions, technical processes, procedures, and configurations

Personally manage work efficiently.
