Head Guide Responsibilities:

1. Leading Guided Tours:

   • Ensure guest safety during excursions, managing risks and providing first aid when necessary.

2. Wildlife Tracking:

   • Utilize tracking skills to locate and identify wildlife, enhancing the guest experience with informative commentary.

   • Teach guests about conservation efforts, sustainability practices, and the importance of protecting natural habitats.

4. Guest Engagement:

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Wildlife Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience as a guide in a safari or wilderness context.
• Certifications:
  • FGASA or equivalent guiding certification; First Aid and CPR certification; advanced driver’s license (if required).
