Elandsfontein

The purpose is to analyse, build, modify, test, repair and maintain electronic circuits and circuit board assemblies including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Minimum requirements and experience:

BTech or Diploma (Electronic Engineering)
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in electronic assembly manufacturing
Good knowledge of electronic components.
PCB layouts using CAD, Program and debug electronic circuits, assemblers and microprocessors.

Responsibilities:
Assist Design Engineers with the following:

Drafting schematics and PCB layouts using CAD
Specify and order components for a Bill of Materials
Assemble, solder, configure, and test assemblies
Test, fault-find, and repair assemblies
Program and debug electronic circuits and assemblies (including microprocessors)
Test and fault find with RF diagnostic systems.
Maintain electronics laboratory (stock levels etc).
