As a Retail Sales Associate, you will:
1. Engage with customers.
2. Handle transactions.
3. Provide expert advice on our range of products.
Your role is vital in delivering an exceptional in-store experience at our brand new store on Long Street.
This role will be on a shift basis.
Required Skills
- Retail Sales: 2 to 3 years
- Point Of Sale Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Customer Driven: 2 to 3 years
- Face To Face: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
1. Proven experience (2 - 3 years) in a retail environment, ideally in the cannabis or vaping industry (preference will be given).
2. Retail counter sales experience (advantageous)
3. Familiarity with POS systems and cash management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Matric or equivalent qualification.
8. Clear criminal and/or ITC records (background checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process).
