Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Financial Clerk to join our growing team at Awesim Telecoms, a leading SIM card distribution company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Process supplier invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments.
- Cash book management: Capture bank transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- General Accounting: Assist the Financial Accountant with various tasks and projects.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, capture expenses, and complete budgets.
- Problem-Solving: Address audit queries, resolve customer disputes, and handle ad-hoc tasks.
