We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our inland operation. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial health. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing strategies to optimize financial performance, and providing support to senior management in decision-making processes.

As a key business partner to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will provide strategic direction and recommendations to improve performance within a well-established risk framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for inland operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer and the logistics lead, to drive operational performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting (CA preferred).
• 2 years of experience in financial management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
