Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Junior IT candidate to join their team in Umhlanga, KZN. They are seeking an enthusiastic individual ready to dive into the world of information technology and make a difference. In this role, you will assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems while supporting our esteemed clients in achieving their tech goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Delivering exceptional technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Helping with the installation and configuration of IT systems and equipment.
• Collaborating with senior team members on exciting IT projects.
• Documenting processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency.
• Maintaining IT equipment inventory and assisting in asset management.
• Keeping abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.

Requirements: 

• A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skilful in Windows, Networking, Azure and Linux is an important requirement.
• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and common software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to group efforts.
• A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learn and develop professionally
