Candidate Requirements

Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets, ideally within the tile and flooring and/or construction industry.
Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful completion.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships, with effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling product specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
Self-Motivated and Adaptable: Driven and proactive with the ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and solve problems creatively.
