• Address customer queries, requests for information, and troubleshoot software issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software support and troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in prioritizing support issues versus information requests.
• Experience with service desk or application support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and results-driven approach.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, or ATS software is advantageous.
