Account Support Manager – Software Solutions

Our UK-based client, a leader in Software Solutions and Support, is seeking a dynamic Account Support Manager to join their growing team. This role involves managing client relationships, resolving software queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer queries, requests for information, and troubleshoot software issues.
- Manage customer accounts to drive retention and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Resolve software-related issues efficiently, ensuring seamless client operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software support and troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in prioritizing support issues versus information requests.
- Experience with service desk or application support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic and results-driven approach.
- Experience with HR, Payroll, or ATS software is advantageous.
