A leading financial services company is looking for a skilled Senior RPG Developer to join their team. This position offers a collaborative environment with exposure to cross-functional projects, where RPG IV and ILE RPG experience are non-negotiable. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions aligned with business needs by designing, developing, and maintaining RPG applications. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
7+ years of experience in RPG development (RPG IV and ILE RPG).
Strong experience with IBM iSeries (AS/400) systems.
Knowledge of database integration and best practices in application development.

Requirements:

Expertise in RPG programming (RPG IV, ILE RPG).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with version control systems and development methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Design, develop, and maintain RPG applications.
Collaborate with business analysts to gather and translate requirements.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance.
Lead RPG development projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Provide documentation and reports on application performance and project status.
