A well established company based in Honeydew is seeking a Sales Manager.

Duties:

•    Working on Various Customer Applications.
•    Collecting and submitting sales orders from sales in Agents in Field and processing sales applications for various customers (fiber and solar).
•    Working closely with the installation department and following thru on customers’ orders up to install.
•    Dealing with Customer queries and customer complaints.
•    Report on sales figures.
•    Monthly sales checks with bookkeeper and recon of orders with what is invoiced.
•    Will be overseeing up to 20 people
•    Managing of Field Sales Agents – various areas
•    Travelling throughout south Africa
•    Training of Sales Agents
•    Project plans and Marketing plans
•    Making sure all sales agents up to speed with packages/ collateral and marketing materials.
•    Dealing with HL Customer Queries that Sales Agent cannot deal with.
•    Managing of Monthly sales incentives and targets
