JOB DESCRIPTION: Placement Facilitator
JOB SUMMARY
Facilitating the process of placing and coordinating the right nursing professional into the right position, whilst being client centered and focused to ensuring long-term working relationships with existing clients and candidates. Facilitation entails working via telephonic calls and WhatsApp’s to do the logistics for hospitals regarding the supply of nursing agents.REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Office Management or Communication
Minimum applicable experience (years):
2-3 years
Required nature of experience:
- Office Administration
- Client Engagement
- Call Centre Experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Microsoft Suite
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Call Centre Procedures
- Conflict Management
The following experience would be advantageous:
- Working in a call centre
- CRM system (Salesforce in particular) experience
- Ease of use with video calling
- Cold Calling experience
- Bilingual
- Reliable transport.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Available to work on weekends when required. (Once every 3rd Saturday)
- Willingness to receive clients’ calls throughout the day.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS, WEIGHTS & OBJECTIVES
Team Collaboration 10%
- Communicate directly and transparently with Placement team to avoid confusion with placements.
- Encourage team collaboration and ensure optimal placements.
- Hold the team accountable for all placements by assigning tasks to ensure all placements are completed and matched according to client specifications.
- Lead by example and encourage team to be more efficient and positive in their work environment.
Administration and Reporting 60%
- Manage employee applications and database by:
- Acknowledging receipt of applications; and
- Review attachments and ensure application adheres to the relevant Company medical institutions requirements.
- Capture employee information on Excel spreadsheet.
- Capture employee contact details on WhatsApp groups.
- Advise Managers of new hire and request orientation.
- Forward application to Payroll Department for capturing on payroll system.
- Manage Gmail communications and delegate placement requests to team.
- Collate all placements and confirm via email with respective Unit Managers.
- Manage all queries directed via company landline and delegate/communicate calls not related to placements.
- Assist with provision of SANC/Certifications etc. when required.
- Forward all disciplinary actions/incidents to relevant parties for processing.
- Plan and communicate evening/weekend shift roster for employees.
- Manage in lieu of leave roster.
Client Liaison 30%
- Monitor client satisfaction through telephonic follow-up to solve client problems and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between medical institutions, placement teams, management, and payroll by using calls, email, and WhatsApps.
