Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in SQL and Power BI, along with a passion for data analysis and visualization. You will play a key role in supporting our data-driven decision-making processes by analyzing data, generating insights, and creating engaging reports. Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.SQL Development: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations that effectively convey complex data insights.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes.Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a sales environment.
• Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Power BI for report and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Suite, MS Access, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data modelling and database design.
• Knowledge of DAX for Power BI calculations.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
