Structure

· An intensive overview of the Manufacturing processes, gaining exposure to all aspects of the Business.

· A learning journey with multiple learning partners providing expert knowledge to support, each individual, in achieving personal and Business deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed under-graduate studies or currently in the final year of study

• BSc/BEng Mechanical Engineering OR Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Must be a South African citizen

• Excellent academic results (all subjects, across all years of study)

• Computer Literate and competence in MS Office

• Good Communication skills

• Ambitious, focused, self-driven and Innovative Individual
