Employer: Medley Recruitment
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess monthly performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive system of financial control across the organization.
- Create daily financial progress reports and monthly performance summaries for management review.
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or equivalent NQF Level 6.
- CIMA or CA qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management and analysis experience.
- Proven experience in developing financial reports and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP and financial management systems.
