Our client, a well-known food manufacturing company based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Candidate Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
- Assisting customers face to face, telephonically and via email.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Data capturing onto internal computer system.
- Quotes to existing and potential clients
- Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives and lead times
- Accurate invoicing to clients
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Time management and delivering timeous responses to customer’s requests are crucial.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Computer proficiency – MS Office.
- A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and accountability
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Driver’s license with own reliable transport would be advantageous.
