Candidate Requirements

You’ll be tasked with expanding the fleet, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring high service levels with clients. Additionally, you will manage fleet operations, from scheduling maintenance to optimising routes and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.

To excel in this role, you’ll need a solid background in the transportation industry, a deep understanding of South African geography, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. If you have 5+ years of intermodal experience and the drive to lead both business development and operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
