Hire Resolve is actively seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Gauteng to join our client, a leading manufacturer known for their commitment to quality and innovation. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in operating and programming CNC machines to ensure the production of precision components in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for the manufacturing of components
• Read and analyse engineering drawings and specifications
• Program CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Perform quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Technical qualification in machining or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining
• Proficient in using CNC milling machines and related tools
• Experience with programming G-code and popular software such as Mastercam
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
