We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our JHB based client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the field of road and earthworks projects.

You will need:

·        BSc Quantity Surveying or Engineering degree

·        Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity surveying on road and earthworks projects

·        Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for road and earthworks projects

·        Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase

·        Measure and value completed works

·        Prepare and submit progress claims to clients and contractors

·        Resolve cost-related disputes and claims
