Our client is seeking experienced Site Managers to oversee upmarket residential projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a background in high-end residential construction, and proficiency in MS Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage all on-site activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

·        Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth operations.

·        Oversee quality control, safety standards, and adherence to project specifications.

·        Use MS Projects to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

·        Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

·        Tertiary education in construction or a related field.

·        Valid driver's license.

·        Proficiency in MS Projects.

·        Proven experience managing upmarket residential construction projects.

·        Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
