Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Growth Manager to join their team in Sandton, Gauteng. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the online growth strategies for our e-commerce initiatives. You will leverage data, insights, and a customer-centric approach to enhance online sales performance, improve user experience, and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Optimize website performance through regular evaluations and A/B testing.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and consumer behavior for best practices.
• Oversee paid advertising channels, including PPC and social media campaigns.
• Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and affiliate channels.
• Use analytics tools to track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically in the retail or consumer products sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and familiarity with Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and tools.
