- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Fluent in English (bilingual preferred)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store buyers and personnel
- Act as the primary point of contact for retailers to address their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Keep retailers informed about product updates, promotions, and stock availability
- Ensure that all products are prominently displayed in stores
- Regularly inspect and maintain demo stands to ensure they are in the correct areas and in good condition
- Identify opportunities to place new demo stands or promotional displays where needed to maximize visibility
- Log all customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Prepare and provide quotations to retailers as needed
- Generate and submit regular reports to the management team regarding market trends, competitor activities, and retailer feedback
- Weekly feedback and reports
- Minimum monthly visits (KPI’s)
- Participate in store promotional events, which may occur on weekends
- Collaborate with store personnel to set up promotional displays and engage customers effectively
- Ensure the successful execution of promotional activities and gather feedback for analysis
- Travel across Western Cape, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape to visit retailers on a regular basis
- Efficiently plan and manage travel schedules to cover all assigned retailers
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends
- Be prepared to answer retailer and customer questions regarding product features and benefits
